Frits Talbot c75d2a60dd Fix channel reuse does not take into account release after keyOff and needlessly interrupts still audible notes. Now always selecting oldest free channel. 
Add channel visualization to GUI.

bruce e5d38e5784 Fix reported issues and work on features: 
- Keyscale Level control changed to dropdown, and works correctly.
- Added dropdown to switch operator combination algorithm between FM and additive.
- Begin work on drag and drop support for files.
